Study Session on Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Drop-Off Station: Request by the City Public Works Solid Waste Division for review of proposed improvements to the Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Station adjacent to the Regional Water Quality Control Plant zoned Public Facility with a Site and Design District Overlay PF(D) located at 2501 Embarcadero Way.
