1. 1001 San Antonio Avenue [07PLN-00344]: Request by Bob Bodelli and Larry Ciardella on behalf of the State of California for Minor Architectural Review of improvements to a 1.81 acre area of the Caltrans site that is accessible from Transport Road, to serve as the new location for Ciardella¹s Garden Supply Center, subject to Council approval of a requested rezoning and land use designation to allow such use. Environmental Assessment: A Mitigated Negative Declaration will be prepared and circulated. Zone district: PF. Proposed zone district: GM

2. 317-323 University Avenue [07PLN-00300]: Request by Hayes Group Architects on behalf of Barry Real Estate for Major Architectural Review of the historic rehabilitation and expansion of the building at 323 University Avenue, and the construction of a new three story building at 317 University Avenue, for a combined 15,000 square foot building for retail and office uses. Environmental Assessment: A Negative Declaration will be prepared and circulated. Zone district: CD-C(GF)(P).

4. Stanford University Medical Center (SUMC): Study session to introduce the design of the SUMC project, and to obtain advice and guidance on the preliminary site planning documents, and design guidelines to be developed to guide the expansion of the SUMC
