New Business:

1. 2805 El Camino Real [08PLN-00205]: Request by Hayes Group on behalf of Brad Zhikian of Premier Properties for Architectural Review Board review of a new 6,852 square foot, two-story, retail/office building to replace three existing single story buildings at 2805 El Camino and 471 and 481 Page Mill Road. Environmental Assessment: An Initial Study has been completed and a Draft Negative Declaration has been prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements. Zone Districts: CS and CN.




B. NEW BUSINESS (CONTINUED)

2. 335 Bryant Street 08PLN-00353: Request by Jason Holleb of the Hayes Group on behalf of the Essex Woodlands Health Venture for minor Architectural Review Board Review for exterior improvements to the existing building including new siding, windows and sunshades, and a Design Enhancement Exception for a 14 foot encroachment into the 20 foot front yard setback. Environmental Assessment: Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15301. Zone District CD-C (P).

New Business:

3. Stanford Shopping Center Expansion Project: Request by Simon Property Group for Preliminary Architectural Review to review draft design guidelines for the proposed Stanford Shopping Center expansion project, including 240,000 square feet of new retail/restaurant space and a 120 room hotel. Zone District CC (Community Commercial).
