1. 3220, 3230, 3208 Alexis Drive [07PLN-00362]*: Request for Site and Design approval of architectural and site plan revisions to a Council-approved project, including screening vegetation on Foothills Park land and the addition of a driveway, a larger swimming pool, spa and screening landscaping on the adjoining vacant parcel. Environmental Assessment: An Initial Study has been completed and a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Zone District: Open Space (OS).
