1. 455 Forest Avenue [07PLN-00078]: Request by David Solnick for major Architectural Review Board review of a proposed four unit town home development. The proposal also includes a variance to allow and encroachment into the left side yard setback as well as the right and left side daylight planes. Zone district RM-40. THIS ITEM WILL BE CONTINUED TO THE MEETING OF JULY 5, 2007.
2. 586 College Avenue [07PLN-00023]: Request by Yi-Ran Wu on behalf of Manar Zarroug to demolish the existing structures and construct two residential dwelling units that would each have two stories and a basement. The project site is 5,750 square feet and is located in the RMD(NP) zoning district.

3. 855 El Camino Real [07PLN-00164]: Request by Hayes Group Architects for Preliminary ARB review of a new commercial building for Trader Joe's market of approximately 12,000 square feet. The project would include parking lot circulation improvements in the vicinity of the building and in the North parking lot adjacent to Buildings 1 and 3 and the demolition of Buildings 6 and 7 within the vicinity of the North parking lot. Environmental Assessment: No CEQA review is required for preliminary projects. Zone District: CC.
