New Business-Public Hearings:

PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEM NO. 1 BELOW WILL BE CONTINUED TO A DATE CERTAIN OF JUNE 13, 2007.

1. 2865 Park Boulevard (aka: 195 Page Mill Road and 2825, 2865, 2873, 2891 and 2901 Park Boulevard): Request by Court House Plaza Company (aka Hohbach Realty Company Limited Partnership) for a Tentative Map of ³Park Plaza² for condominium purposes, to merge three parcels into one parcel of approximately 2.5 acres gross land area. The map is intended to allow for a legal separation of ownership between the approved 84 rental apartment units on the upper floors and the approved 50,467 square feet of research and development space on the ground floor.

Environmental Assessment: Due to the number of total potential condominium units that may be created (the map would allow for up to 84 residential condominium units on the upper floors and up to 11 commercial condominium units on the ground floor), a Negative Declaration has been prepared and advertised, for which a 20-day public review period from May 25, 2007 through June 13, 2007.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Title 18 (Zoning) of the Palo Alto Municipal Code to Reorder and Reformat Various Zoning Chapters; AmendingProvisions of the Open Space (OS) District and Definitions; and Providing for Miscellaneous Clarifications and Correction. Environmental Review: Comprehensive Plan Environmental Impact Report.
