The proposed 2.82-acre lot would be the site of a new Elks Lodge and the other 3.97-acre lot would be developed as a multi-family residential project by SummerHill Homes. Zone District: Multiple-Family Residential (RM-15 and RM-30). Environmental Assessment: a Mitigated Negative Declaration has been adopted for the development of the Elks Lodge site
