B. To restore the parking lane on the first block on westbound Ralston Avenue between El Camino and 6th Ave (Feierbach).

C. To restore the crosswalk on Ralston Ave between El Camino and 6th Ave. (similar to 4th Avenue in San Mateo between El Camino and Ellsworth) (Feierbach)
