WATCH

Every year there are more and more channels to choose from on cable TV.  But only Channels 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 will connect you to the mid-peninsula community. Remember those numbers.  Consider them like a block as in “neighborhood.”

These cable access channels carry city council and school board meetings, high school sports, portrayals of local arts and issues.  Usually the shows have been produced by mid-peninsula residents or by the Media Center staff itself.

Channels 26 and 29 Local Government Meetings and Municipal Info

Channel 27 Arts, Issues, & Entertainment

Channel 28Youth, Education, & Sports

Channel 30Diversity, Lifestyles & Health

"I volunteer at the Media Center because of the people, the programs, and the emphasis on local matters — It makes me feel connected to my community."
