1. Consideration of a request for a General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Conditional Development Permit, Tentative Subdivision Map, Below Market Rate Housing Agreement, Heritage Tree Removal Permit and Environmental Impact Report to demolish two existing office buildings and construct a total of 56
residential units on properties located at 110 Linfield Drive and 175 Linfield
Drive, and approval of a left turn restriction during the weekday hours of 7:000 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. from northbound Alma Street to westbound Ravenswood Avenue. (Staff Report #06-055)
