1. 3750 Fabian Way [07PLN-00000-00337]: A Request by Richard Campbell on behalf of
Vargas Miguel A Trustee & Et Al for Architectural Review of revised plans addressing
conditions of approval for a new 10,721 square foot commercial recreation building at 3750
Fabian Way.
Unfinished Business:
2. 3401, 3415, 3445 Alma Street/Alma Plaza [07PLN-00205]: Request for Site and Design
Review associated with the approved Planned Community PC 4956 for a mixed use project
having over 27,000 square feet of retail/commercial/community space, 14 affordable
apartments, 37 single-family residences, two small public parks, pathways and parking
facilities. Environmental Assessment: A Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared and
approved by the City Council in conjunction with their approval of PC 4956.
B. NEW BUSINESS/REPORTS FROM OFFICIALS/BOARD MEMBER BUSINESS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS/ADJOURNMENT
New Business(Public Hearings - Major):
3. 2501 Embarcadero Way [07PLN-00378]: Request by the Palo Alto Regional Water Quality
Control Plant, on behalf of the City of Palo Alto, for Site and Design review for the
construction of a new 3,600 square foot ultra violet wastewater treatment facility, replacing
the old treatment system. Zone District: PF(D) Public Facility with Site and Design Overlay.
Environmental Review: An Initial Study has been completed and a Draft Negative
Declaration has been prepared for this project in accordance with the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements.
