1. Comprehensive Plan Amendment: Study Session to discuss the economic study outline and assumptions for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

Public Hearings:

2. 200 San Antonio Avenue*: Request by Toll Brothers Inc. on behalf of Hewlett Packard for a recommendation of approval for a Vesting Tentative Map with exceptions for two parcels that will be smaller than the required minimum lot size and a Record of Land Use Action for a 45 unit townhome development at 200 San Antonio Road. Environmental Assessment: An Environmental Impact Report has been completed in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements. Zone District: ROLM.




C. NEW BUSINESS (CONTINUED)

Public Hearings:

4. Fairmeadow Neighborhood Single Story Overlay District*: Initiation of a Zone Change Request on behalf of property owners on Starr King Circle and vicinity from R-1 single family residential to R-1(S) single family residential with a single-story Combining District; Environmental Assessment: No environmental review is required to initiate zone change.

3. Stanford Sustainable Development Study: Review of Stanford Sustainable Development Study to provide input to Council for comment to the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors.
