1. 2455 El Camino Real [07PLN-00000-00320]: A Request by Ronal Perner on behalf of Hans and Sarah Brender for Major Architectural Review and recommendation to the Director of Planning and Community Environment for renovations to an existing motel to include four new units, a remodeled lobby, a remodeled manager unit, and other significant exterior renovations at 2455 El Camino Real. This request includes a request for a Design Enhancement Exception for proposed improvements to the parking and to retain the existing El Camino Real sidewalk width. Environmental Assessment: Exempt. Zone district: CC(2).
