1. 695 Arastradero [07PLN-00291]: Request by John Barksdale on behalf of Alta Mesa Improvement Company for Major ARB review of a new two story cemetery administration and mortuary building with arrangement offices, and a chapel at the Alta Mesa Cemetery site zoned RE (Residential Estate).

New Business:
2. 310 University Avenue [08PLN-00042]: Request by Lih Chuin Loh on behalf of Milpitas and Dixion, LLP for Preliminary Architectural Review of a proposed new three story retail/office building on the now vacant Walgreenıs site zoned CD-C (GF)(P) (Commercial Downtown with Ground Floor and Pedestrian overlays).

New Business:
3. Stanford Shopping Center Expansion Project, 180 El Camino Real: Request by Simon Property Group for Preliminary Architectural Review to review draft design guidelines for the proposed Stanford Shopping Center expansion project, including 240,000 square feet of new retail/restaurant space as well as the addition of a 120 room hotel. Zone District CC (Community Commercial).

4. 374 University Avenue [08PLN-00004]: Request by J E Architects on behalf of 374-376 University LLC for Minor Architectural Review of interior and facade remodel for new Starbucks location.
