2. Public Art Commission Logo Launch and Annual Holiday Party - Allocation of funds for invitation. Commission to discuss plans.

1. Retreat - Commission to discuss plans for retreat and allocate funds for refreshments.

3. Filaree Ð Request by Commissioner Acebo-Davis for funds to design and create base. Report by staff on status of project.

4. Maintenance of City Collection - Request by Commissioner Richter for $1,000 to continue maintenance of city art collection, and $1,200 for two hourly staff members to assist with photography of art collection at Civic Center. Approval of loan agreement and terms and conditions for permanent collection art loans to City staff at City facilities.
