2. 3208 Alexis Drive: Request by Suzman & Cole, on behalf of Open Space LLC, for a Site and Design Review and Conditional Use Permit to allow a new 8,897 sq. ft. recreational facility (tennis court) and related improvements associated with a residence on an adjacent lot under the same ownership. Environmental Assessment: An Initial Study has been prepared in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements. Zoning District: OS (Open Space).
